  • Employee Forums

    At Menzies Distribution we recognise the importance of giving our employees a say, and therefore we have introduced Employee Forums.

    This allows us to consult and exchange views on issues of mutual interest. The forum represents all employees across the business and is made up of elected Employee Forum Representatives who are governed by their own charter. They work collaboratively with managers to represent staff views, ideas, concerns and proposals to achieve business success.

    Health and Safety

    Menzies Distribution is fully committed to providing a healthy and safe working environment for its employees and non-employees.

    Our general policy is to:

  • Provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities
  • Consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety
  • Provide and maintain safe equipment, roadworthy where appropriate, operated at all times in compliance with the law as well as our Standard Operating Procedures

    We've invested heavily in ensuring we have the latest technology across our operations; from packing machines, returns scanners and route mapping software. We have the most advanced SAP press distribution system in the World, and we have recently implemented Track & Trace technology to improve delivery efficiency.
