Our People

It is quite simple, we strive to be the best at what we do, that is what our people help us deliver every day.

We have a workforce of over 29,000 people globally. They work in a wide variety of jobs, across different locations, timezones and countries and are all united by their shared passion, to deliver excellent customer service every day, in everything they do.

So if you share their passion, you could join them and become part of our team.

We put great emphasis on training our people and equipping them with the right skills and tools to do the best job possible. We have a supportive working environment ensuring everyone feels welcome and - understands their role, responsibilities, and the wider business goals.

For those who wish to progress, we have fantastic career opportunities. Many colleagues across the business have developed their careers and travelled extensively through their employment with us having started from different positions.

As a truly global business, we value and respect local customs and cultures and offer employment terms that are fair and appropriate for the job and location.

To be the best, we have to provide our people with the best tools.

In Aviation, we have invested in modern and reliable ground service equipment to enable our teams to run the day to day operation more efficiently. We have also invested in innovative systems and processes that underpin our wider business operations and specific technology development including a bespoke safety audit application for our front line management teams.

In Distribution, we've invested heavily in ensuring we have the latest technology at our operations; from packing machines, returns scanners, and route mapping software. We have the most advanced SAP press distribution system in the world and we have recently rolled out Track and Trace to improved delivery efficiency.

  • Provide information, instruction and supervision for employees

The Wellbeing Committee
